Kentucky Senate passes incentive bill aimed at mega projects

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — The state Senate voted Thursday to strengthen Kentucky’s negotiating hand in trying to land huge economic development projects by tapping into budget reserves to offer lucrative incentives.
