Ag Commissioner Shell tells Chamber crowd about growing Kentucky’s branding, education

Despite it being Election Day, Jonathan Shell, Kentucky’s Agriculture Commissioner, was able to relax somewhat on his visit to Tuesday’s Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce membership luncheon, since he wasn’t involved in a campaign this year.
